Upark Group Emergency Rescue Training: Strengthening Safety with "First Aid" to Build a Guarding Line
Safety is no trivial matter, and preparedness for emergencies is crucial. Recently, Upark Group joined hands with the Taicang Red Cross Society to carry out emergency rescue training, providing employees with a vital "safety first aid course."
During the training, professional instructors from the Red Cross systematically explained the operation procedures of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Using multimedia courseware, they detailed the full set of operation specifications from judging consciousness, adjusting the body position to the depth and frequency of chest compressions, opening the airway, and artificial respiration. When the instructors demonstrated step-by-step with a mannequin, Upark employees in blue work uniforms listened intently, and many recorded the key operation points with their phones, creating a strong learning atmosphere.
The practical operation session pushed the training to a climax. When trainees practiced in groups, instructors guided them throughout: "Pay attention to the compression depth of 5-6 centimeters," "Maintain a compression frequency of 100-120 times per minute," and "Be sure to confirm the airway is unobstructed before artificial respiration." From initial tension and unfamiliarity to gradually mastering the essentials, each standardized operation enhanced their ability to respond to emergencies.
This training is not only the teaching of first aid skills but also demonstrates Upark Group's corporate philosophy of "safety first." For the security industry, mastering first aid skills means being able to safeguard lives during the golden rescue time and provide more professional protection for customers. The group will subsequently incorporate first aid skills into its normalized training system, making the title of "safety guardian" truly deserved.
The mission of safety protection never ends, and first aid skills are an important cornerstone. This training has not only improved employees' emergency response capabilities but also strengthened the company's safety protection network. It is hoped that Upark staff will transform what they have learned into a guarding force and become "life escorts" in critical moments.
